How to sleep at night when you are always worried ?

If you can't sleep at night you might need to get some medical help as it could be a sign of depression. But of course there are many other causes.

You still can go to the beach with no marriage.

Avoid worried thoughts and do something else. It helps divert the mind elsewhere. Watching films helps sometimes :sleep
Avoid caffeine and technology 30 mins before you go to sleep.
PaulW must be getting lots of ideas on how to sleep at night by now.. but he hasn't replied to any of the postings... may be he's asleep :P shhhhh lets not disturb him.. :sleep - may be he's聽 hybernating :P:lol:

That's really a good one.
Cannot sleep, recall somebody whom you hate and try to love him this will get you hypertension and high blood pressure :mad:. As a result, you will have fatigue聽 and only then you will be sleepy all the time :sleep. (cool I will try it tonight :D)

It did'nt work this way and I could'nt sleep, but I hated that person more.:mad::mad::mad:

see maybe you must try to love (from the beginning) somebody, who is not so bad. Who irritates you, whom you do not love. But not hate.
There are many around.:P Try again.

It didn't answer my question.
From all the posted suggestions, I can say that there is no one single way that works to solve this problem for everybody.

As each one has his own problems, so each one has to solve these problems first. Other wise insomnia will keep rolling.
