Do you see what I see?

https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-MJxrKxijxek/UhMJepklMQI/AAAAAAAAA-c/ZM5xEQnAtj0/s720/expatblog.JPG

Does anyone else see all these flags from all these different countries?  Every day there are more and more topics started in one of the general forums that really should be in a specific forum.  For example, Where do I find a good haberdashery in Mongolia? should probably be in the Mongolia forum.  What is that UFO looking building on the corner of Rue Clochette and Bl du General de Gaulle in Djibouti? should be in the Djibouti forum.

People don't seem to have any trouble finding the "Expatriate forum" and "Expat Caf茅", but when it comes to all these countries just below those 2 forums, they might as well be in Siberia.  Why is this?  They're right there.  All those flags are pretty hard to miss.

Or are people putting very specific questions in the general forums in order to get a wider audience?  Most of the members of this site probably don't live in Mongolia or Djibouti, but the people in those forums probably do.  If you want information about a cavity, you ask a dentist, not a podiatrist.

give some bucks to the villa owner

anyway, I hate dentist

Hi Hailey,

Because that involves a little work, just like posting a question that's been asked and answered in a national forum hundreds of times rather than reading some of the related topic postings.

Nowadays it look like there are many more people who want everything and everybody to come to them, they want things to fall into their lap without having to do anything to get them.

I find both practices equally as frustrating, but I doubt that either one of them are going to change anytime soon.
:D cause no one even bother reading the rules and regulation...what people want now is the easiest way, before we have Push Button now we have Touch Screen.....

There still is a very big problem here, so many people just can't seem to find their way to a national forum without somebody holding their hand and leading them too it.

It's not rocket science folks! Just look at all those pretty flags at the bottom of the main Expat Forium page. Click on the name of any country in that list takes you right to that nations's forum.

Once you get to that forum you will then be able to choose which language version (we have 5 - English, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese) by clicking on the flag icon in the menu bar at the top of the page. It's just that simple.

Please respect the language specific nature of each of the forums and post ONLY in that language. Your cooperation and understanding will be appreciated by all.
