That is very hard to define at my stage in life as I have made many many choices both good bad and indifferent.

Tough one.
I regret very little of my life but as for the best choice, it has to be my first holiday in Malaysia.
I'd never visited Asia and that trip literally changed my life.
I saw so much that I simply would never had been aware of if I hadn't gone.

I took few days work break to bed sit my Mom, before she passed away. That was the best choice I ever did in my life and the most important 'leave' for a valid reason I taken from my working history.
