honesty is my policy always,but i ntoiced it can kill sometimes,or cause a fight or cause heart attack to some people. some people simply can't handle it.
but i am with honestly always but sometimes we need to聽聽be careful and say things in a polite way

Definitely always. It hurts sometimes, but it saves time and trouble.

Hmmmm, in my opinion i'd go with....... depends on who your dealing with!!!! i would never intentionally hurt someone, i believe if your honestly is going to upset someone then choose your words carefully and always...ALWAYS follow up with something positive!!! Example 1: (a dress is too small) sweetie, that is a dress made for a prepubescent not someone with your fabulous figure.
Example 2: (cheating partner but wants to make it work) He/she loves you so much, he/she's just got a little side tracked with life, it happens so much more than people admit to, kids,work, bills... everyone hurts the ones they truly love, you're sole mates you belong together no matter what life is throwing at you.

I always think about how i would want to hear things, and i would never want friends to lie to me, after all, that's what make them friends. x

Yes! Because it takes too much to keep up a lie, and it gets in the way of your relationships,and the truth always seems to come out some way. Plus a guilt-free life is a happy life

You should be honest with yourself first...and then you act in your interest...if somebody lies then he or she lies for purpose to be honest with himself

of course you shouldn't hurt anyone with your lies..

if its with someone who matters, then yes, it is the best policy. anything can be worked out.

but, whether we like it or not, whether we say it or not, white lies will always be part of who we are, we are only human after all
