I have never found a place where locals were hostile.
Most people are friendly and welcoming if you approach them with a similar attitude.

I'm introvert, and I feel so timid when meeting new people. So. Working overseas was a challenge for me but it helped me a lot to socialize more and communicate more and more than before

It鈥檚 all about your personality and how u can get along with new places and new cultures, some are open and some are reserved , others like to socialize and some might need more effort. The key 馃攽 is to understand the culture and how they perceive expat and once you do that ... you will be amazed how easy to integrate with the new place.

I have never experienced hostility from the locals, and I am a woman, with brown skin, a low age for my field, an Arabic name, an Israeli passport, and a funny accent.聽 Even the people of North Carolina were friendly to me.

People tend to treat you the way you treat them.
