Any yoga classes preferably in Rehab or Tagamoa? If not, Maadi will do:)

je connais un prof, elle est m锚me fran莽aise, mais elle repart le 02/09 et je sais pas si elle pr茅voit de revenir

en tt cas si vous trouvez qq chose informez moi pls, ps je suis aussi a rehab

Thank you! Looks like i'll be trying the Breathing Room in Maadi.
Did not find anything in Tagamoa or Rehab...

I think there is a fitness center in rehab mall one,second floor, my expat friends go there for aerobics, they also have yoga, belly dance etc....u should go and check that out urself

Yes it's called FitMyWay - they write it in the same way.
