The price is OK, but depends how this studio looks like and what is included / excluded in this price - like furniture, swimming pool, consumption for water & electricity etc.. Long term' rent in Hurghada starts at 800 LE (about 100 EURO) per month.

sakalla is the tourist area.. the busy streets. if you want the action its a good area. i prefer dahar personally but i like it quiet.

There are 2 bed apartments in the building i live in, 3 streets from the corniche in Dahar for around 900 LE.

Schools street (El Madares) is a popular area with ex-pats, not too far from the main Sheraton strip in Sakalla.

they are unfurnished apts. Netyoda - 1500 le is a good price for furnished

please ask in marriot hotel , its cheaper now for egyptians , make an egyptian book for  u
