Housing costs in Monrovia

Hi,
I used to live in Sierra Leone/Liberia/Guinea in 2006-2007

I am looking at returning but am wondering what the current cost of a 1 bedroom apartment would be, per month, in Monrovia. It would need to be self contained i.e. bathroom and kitchen.

Any info is greatly appreciated.
