greetings,
has anyone tried using online e ticket (bought from websites) for travelling from-to Libya.
i have heard that e tickets are not entertained at airports. tickets need to bought from travel agents, is it true?

We've used e tickets for travelling both into Libya and out - never been a problem either way.

no problem
just make sure the e - ticket have code , ( reservation code )

no problem i use e tickets since 1999 and had no problems

Never had any issues with e-tickets to/from Libya....

thanks for input.
just want to elaboate on my question: i am asking about e tickets directly booked and printed from websites.
e-tickets issued from local travel agents are ok and those work fine.

I have used e-ticket directly booked and printed from BA website (LHR-TIP-LHR). There was no problem at TIP ariport when the family went back to London from TIP.

I've used e-tickets from local travel agents for flights originating in and then returning to Tripoli.

Does anyone have experience buying tickets from expedia.co.uk or Opodo for travel originating in Tripoli and then returning to Tripoli later?
