I can't speak for Delhi, although I don't recall it being renowned as a hub of pioneering medical excellence, but the general rule in Libya is if you need an anaesthetic, go聽 somewhere else.

And without being聽 too personal about it, are you wanting quotes on an ingrown toe nail or an orchiectomy , or something in between ? I'm sure there's a big price difference!
