It won't be real alcohol. It will be real non alcohol.

Pints of disappointment and shots of morose.

That smelly river is the waste pipe right there.聽 I bet they won't warn their guests not to swim in the ocean right there where all the sewage is going into.
I was told they built it right over the sewage pipe.
but there is a major sewage discharge into the sea at that point, which you notice every time you drive in that area.Cheers

As it's a brand new hotel, it might be of more help to forum users to give a bit more detail of your experiences. Did you stay overnight ? Room quality ? If you only ate there, what was the standard/price/value for money like ?
That'd be alot more help than just a general "it's a bit sh*t" type of comment.
IMHO.

Theiman wrote:Just got back. What a beautiful hotel. As for the gym, what can i say, an indoor 21M lap pool (that sold me right there), beautiful changing rooms, state of the art fitness centre with a view of the ocean.

How much to use it or membership ?
their French inspired Brasserie called Le Cazzerole (sic) opened last night, I'll definitely give it a try. Friendly staff and unlike others, i liked the decor, possibly due to some of the interesting fabrics and floor coverings they've used which should deal with both dust and any mold problems that are often found in oceanfront establishments....i won't give it both thumbs up, yet, but IMO it's one to watch. once their 5 star hotel gets opened, given the location and spectacular view, my guess is the hotel wars will truly begin!

As for fees, can't reveal as they have not issued prices but it won't be 50 LYD a month! Website says April for opening but probably opening Mid-Feb.
They have some fantastic restaurants with killer views.
