sensory deprivation

Hi all, I am new to Tripoli and suffering not only from sensory but podiatric deprivation - I fell down a pothole after 6 days here and tore a ligament ! any suggestions ? camel; riding?

Get well soon ... & remember in Tripoli you have to watch your step!! :) You also have to be careful about being knocked over by speeding vehicles...

thanks for comment and concern. I will probably evolve into a fly by the time Ive finished here. all the lybians I know travel around by car and they find my injury ( which is healing fast) a mystery. I sometimes wonder what it must be like for people with permanent disabilities here. Once again thanks to all.
