First you must come and taste madagascar for the 3 months you don't need visa
Then if you re enjoying yourself, I think you can open a business here like in Tourism or else
Due to covid pandemic there are hotels for sell or rent in Nosy Be. But there is so much to do also in other sectors.

you just have to be Malagasy streetwise 听
