Good post as I would also be keen to know the answer.

I did phone IPS the other day and they were 鈥渁s much use as a chocolate teapot鈥� 馃槀 Telephone manner and ability to answer basic questions was awful. This is making me wonder whether I would want to send my daughter to this institution. It is supposed to be the best but at the moment my first impressions are not good.
