Farming in Mauritius.

I am currently living in South Africa and I am considering moving to Mauritius. How easy or difficult is it to start up a small farm? I would be looking to go into vegetables, fruit and potentially poultry.

See whether you can acquire or lease the land for farming as a non-citizen and get the authorization from the government :

How is it about your ideas..
Quite some opportunities in here.. more because of that covid thing..
I guess we can be of some kind of help to each other. I look forward to start some farming myself. Can we elaborate on the subject?
