Preferably somewhere you can easily find public transport and access to shopping places ,day cares and hospitals

Vacoas, Quatres Bornes, Trianon, Ebene or Moka.

It's literally the center and most urbanised region of the island with lots to do - shopping, eating out, cinema, nightlife, etc and good public transport if you will need it.
