Inheritance to my parents

My sister is Moroccan, he is dead. My sisters are married to a UK citizen and they have a house titled under both names 50% for each. knowing that they have a little girl and my sister has two children from another father. Do my parents owe the inheritance?

Hello please confirm with a lawyer but in first line, children will receive the inheritance and since she has 3 children...

@abdelhamidsidki the inheritance goes to your sister as his legal wife your parents聽 are聽 not entitled to anything unless the man in question聽 left a will stating who should get his assets.

Hello,聽 actually lawyers dont often get this roght as i discovered. This is governed by Sharia law. I found this calculator is accutuate or alternativaly speak to an 鈥淎dul鈥�.
