While I have been away in England my partner has allowed his brother to use my car without my permission.The car and insurance are in my name.Is it legal for him to drive it without my permission?

Does the insurance policy cover any person driving the car or is it specific to you and your husband.

Either way it is illegal for him to drive it without your permission.

If he was to have an accident the insurance company would not pay out.

You need to find a way to make your car safe in a place where no one touch it or take it back to your country .

He have no permission then he should not touch it and its illegal and any accident will bring problem for you and for him .

And if something happened with car he will left it and you the one name will be filled in the report and called for investigation .
