You cannot buy appointments but if you need appointments you can escalate but you need to give reasons why they may accept this.

I do have an appointment in May which I won't need nomore because I have already attended Marrakech.

I applied for 鈥渁ffirmation of marital status鈥� and I received an email with a link to book an appointment. But no appointments are available to book, I tried at 6 am, 8 am, and 12 pm, several times during the day. But nothing worked, my fianc茅e called them many times no response, she even went to the embassy but they refused to talk to her without an appointment. I鈥檓 feeling hopeless, anyone got any advice for me?

I am also struggling with this, I need appointment for next week, can someone let me know if they are cancelling their appointment? I am really desperate since I will return home on Sunday 15/09/2024.

I have just read on the British Embassy Government website that

It says :

You must get married within 3 months of getting your affirmation or you鈥檒l need to reapply and pay again.

You only need a marital status affirmation if you do not live in the UK. If you live in the UK, you must get a certificate of no impediment from a UK register office.

Do you know if this means you only need an appointment to certify a copy of your passport?

I got an appointment on Jan/2025 and I got married. bro my advice to you think twice if you want to get married in Morocco, my marriage did not last more than 4 weeks been together, and I lost a lot of money. I suffered to get all the papers sorted by at the end she didn't appreciate all the hard work I did for her, not to mention all the traveling I did. Good family but the girl was not ready to take her responsibility as a wife, all she wanted was to have her own apartment and monthly bill nothing else.
