Hi,

Find yourself an accountant. They will create you a company, will cost about 6500dh.

With your company paperwork, get a bank account.

You'll then need to apply to your police station for a criminal record check certificate.

Once you have this, have proof of 20,000 dh of funds, an address in morocco, visited a Moroccan doctor for a health certificate, you can apply at your local moroccan police station.

This will give you your residency permit for 1 year.

Within the next 3 months, you will need to find yourself an office for your company and begin trading.

If you have an import export company, you will need to register with douane to be able to import and export. This is another 3500 + charges.

If you are creating the company simply to avoid the 90 day tourist visa restriction, it's not worth it.

It is cheaper to fly in and out, than pay your accountancy fees, rent, taxes, douane etc.
