I would appreciate any insights on the following:

I'm considering a rent-to-rent opportunity in Morocco, specifically focusing on the city of Agadir. I'm curious if anyone has experience with this and whether it might be challenging or legal to pursue there.

My plan is to approach property owners about renting their apartments on a long-term basis, then furnishing them, handling all maintenance, and managing renters鈥攊deally targeting the tourist market. I would be transparent with the owners about this being the sole purpose of the long-term rentals, ensuring that all contracts are properly drawn up and everything is handled correctly.

Has anyone had a similar experience or any advice on this?

Hi hope you are doing great, well it s possible聽 as a touristique copagny if you want to do it as particular it will be difficult.

You have to think about the authority, documentations....,

If you need help I have more 20 yrs experience in real estate at many countries.

It s good idea just I'm wondering if hae already study the project and the market.

Furniture and changing it, maintenance, transportation.....

@hn241: Not a good idea to put your business idea / plan out in the open like that. Don't be surprised if when you are ready to execute you find there are many competitors in Agadir. Take your idea offline, take a trip to Morocco if serious and consult the proper authority regarding the feasibility of聽 your plan. Just a friendly advise.
