J'ai achet茅 une jolie villa 脿 Warang (Mbour) ce printemps, que nous aimerions utiliser pour notre famille (nous vivons en suisse) pour des s茅jours plus longs au S茅n茅gal. Nous recherchons actuellement un locataire pour 4 脿 12 mois. L'emm茅nagement serait possible 脿 partir de juin 2023. Il y a une chambre, une cuisine bien 茅quip茅e et un salon, une salle de bain, une salle de gardien, une douche ext茅rieure, un beau jardin avec une grande terrasse (total 435m2, villa 75m2). I bought a lovely villa in Warang (Mbour) this spring, which we would like to use for our family (we live in switzerland) for longer stays in Senegal. At the moment we are looking for a tenant for 4-12 months. Moving in would be possible from June 2023. There is one bedroom, a well equipped kitchen and salon, bathroom, guard room, outdoor shower, beautiful garden with large terrace (total 435 square meters, villa 75 square meters).
