Job in Tanzania

Dear all,
Please help me. I got a job in Tanzania. The employer is proving me accomodation, transport, food and insurance. But, he says he is going to pay me once in a year. That is the last month of the year. IS HE GENUINE.... is there any risk in this.

Kindly please let me know

HI BALA, DON'T ACCEPT SUCH A DEAL, SUCH THINGS HAPPENS HERE FREQUENTLY, AND I SAW A LOT OF PROBLEMS FOR SUCH DEALS, EVEN IF IT'S WRITTEN IN CONTRACT, TANZANIANS COURTS ARE VERY SLOW IN SUCH CASES AND IT CAN TAKE A LIFE TIME TO HAVE A JUDGMENT IF U EVER GET IT

The Employer is sure and wants to be safe that's the reason he is paying me once a year.
and also he says that the amount will be in my account every month but, I'll not be able to withdraw the money.
