Got the chance to take up a job in Dar es Salaam. Job is great - little concerned about life outside work. How is it? Welcome all comments (good and bad).

Hi Olivier,
I've never been. The closet I have travelled to is South Africa.

Interests involve traveling, cooking, skiing (know that might have to switch to diving聽

) and socializing. Fairly open minded and will try most things at least once. Used to play football in the UK but switched more to staying hiking / gym in Switzerland.

On the expat side, how large is the community there?

Tanzania is my home country, but now I'm living south africa. Dare es salaam is a beautiful city but populated. It is a hottest city in Tanzania, just to know! By the way are you planning to move in or or you're living in Dar es salaam?
