Customs duties if import a vehicle

HI im new to this forum, I need help with importing duties ,taxes. if i want to bring a car聽 to Tunisia from another country, and possibly register under my parents name, this is gonna be for my parents to drive, they both work and leave in Tunisia. they are not Tunisian Citizen.
Please help thank you.

We brought from UK and it was horrendous to be polite.You will have to聽 visit customs and have it taken off your passport.If you try to leave without this they will probably stop you.We missed 3 days holiday in DR as had to put car in pound while away..Can't be sold for 10 years unless you pay the tax which is really high.
