I am Filipino. Can I get visa upon arrival?

Hi, I am a Filipino and I am arriving in Uganda in early October.聽 I just want to know if I need to get a visa prior departure or I can easily get it upon arrival in Entebbe.聽 I am departing from Denmark and I already had a yellow fever vaccination.聽
