Im a Physiotherapist from India. Is there any licence test for expats to work either in hospitals or clinics in Brunei? Wht all the procedures for applying job there?

I am from hong kong and holding British national oversea passport
So how can i apply work permit in BRU?
I just want to do some basic blue collar job,is it available in BRU

I am secondary school form 5 level and i am 25 year's old

Please guide
