What we discovered in Vietnam was that if we went into a regular bike dealership and showed them what we'd found on the internet, they often offered to order it for us for a small markup.

Many shops don't seem to want to stock them, but they know how to get them

I picked mine up in 膼脿 N岷祅g, the only one in stock in the only place out of 3 I'd identified as possibly having them for sale.

Then we got it delivered back in H峄檌 An and took it to our favorite moped dealer to have the nice guy there adjust the brakes.

Except the nice guy wasn't happy to see us.

We'd been there before looking for a trike (not seeing one) but never asked him about one specifically.

He looked at my trike and told my wife he could have ordered it for us...for almost 5 million less than I paid for the only one in 膼脿 N岷祅g.

Since then I've been referring expats to him and he's already successfully ordered and delivered 2 to foreigners.

When we upgrade we'll definitely check with him first

I have found somewhere in china who will ship but I think the freight charges may be prohibitive on single items
