Hi guys, this is Jose from Spain.

I gonna move to Cambodia in a couple of months to rent a guest house and do my bussines over there. I am looking for a 20 bedroom guest house maximun with a swimming pool on it.

Hello.

I think you're jumping into deep water without being prepared,聽 but maybe I'm wrong.

You don't state in which area you want to run a large guesthouse and that should be on top of your priorities list.
If you don't know you better come over first,聽 travel the country and decide where you want to do your business.

Then you want to rent a up-to 20 room guesthouse?
I wish you good luck with that,聽 there are not many guesthouses for rent,聽 and certainly not with quite a number of rooms.

Still I wish you will find what you are looking for.

Hello.

It's a good habit and more successful if you give as much information as possible.

That way people in the area you want to run your business in can react properly.

What I do in Cambodia?
Living the good life with my Khmer wife and two kids.....
