The GOV UK website basically does not specify Georgia in their list of Countries either, (albeit their guidance is actually dated dated 9th June 2014馃槄)

"We pay the UK State Pension worldwide. However, you will only get an increase every year if you live in:

the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland"
