Hello All ,

I am an expat in Bangalore returning back to US in next few weeks . I own a home in Jakkur , Bangalore.

Would like to rent it out to another expat family .
Brief about my house聽 :

5 bed , 5bath , Study , theater room , elevator , gym , dog house , servant house , huge garden , wired in security system , CCTV , motion sensors , 4 car covered garage , remote controlled garage door .
Haeffle German top end modular Kitchen, Oven and Dish washer completes the kitchen . 110V and 220V wiring through out the house . Individual AC units in all rooms . 4 balconies for relaxing .
