Try Commercial Street and surrounding,聽 however with a bit of extra trouble Chickpet can give you Silk Sarees and other dress material. If both are not enough the malls like Forum, Mantri etc can also serve you well.

Commercial Street is a good place for western clothes at reasonable prices. You can bargain in the small shops.
