Keep the Dates a Week in Advance for A coffee in the Eventering.
So after work every one can turn up say 7 pm at Coffe Day

Hello There,

I'm not sure if this meeting happened! It'd be absolutely perfect if we could all meet up the weekend of "14th July 2012". Do post further and we can plan this up with some event like soccer on the beach, coffee or a trip to Pondy.
