Deferral status in ESD

My ESD Status is deferral status which was applied on 2nd December , its been 5 days, any body knows exact reason and how long

its gone to decision stage after 12 days , Actually聽 Didn't get the reason or notes from the ESD, same day its gone to pass approval stage, so when its deferral stage just wait for the next stage nothing to tense much
