I need one month rental where can i get a whole unit / condo

i need one month rental unit stay for one month. bcoz of my relatives are coming to here to sight seeing so i need to stay and accomodate them so i need the unit with cooking facilities and all ..

Can anyone if they have please update me as soon as possible.

the budget is normal rental one for one month around 1000k to 2000k so first let me know the location and unit please

Sure. Well my last tenant at that apartment was the Commercial Attache from the Thailand Embassy. She paid RM5,000 per month for a two years contract. So based on a one month's stay, the rental would be RM7,500 with another half month's rent to cover the utilities charges, cleaning and any damages.

Probably you will need to look for somewhere in Bukit Bintang or Brickfields as the rents are much lower there.

Your budget is already much lower than my rental. Better you look in Bukit Bintang area because they do short term rentals in some of those condos. You should check out Mutiara Villa Condo so why not just speak to the Management office there because they know which agents to contact for short term rentals. You should be able to rent a place there for 2 - 3k for the month.
