First you would need to take the local exam to be qualified and entered on the list of real estate professionals. You can then either set up an entity in say Metrohomes, or see if there are any local agents who will take you on at a commission-based arrangement.  The industry is full of highly successful local people and highly unsuccessful local people. Whether you can break into the industry will be interesting. You could contact the relocation companies to offer your services, but without detailed local knowledge and experience, and people who would be willing to co-broke, it may be an upward struggle.

As the industry is commission-based, it is highly competitive and although networking is just about the only way to get work in Malaysia, in this area it will be very difficult. It is also an industry where fly by nights come and go in Malaysia and think they can fund their stays. So there is a bit an anti against foreigners and companies close ranks. Just head for the international area, perhaps foreigners in Malaysia, looking at buying property.  Learn the rules for foreigners, step one. But first and foremost, don't try and work in the industry without proper qualifications, as there will be people who will not take too kindly to the intrusion.
