Don't think it is available here

I saw this article which mentions RM30-100 per month for the cost of Insulin

Not sure about your聽 exact insulin

I鈥檓 also a type 1 diabetic, to give you an idea of costs :

Novorapid Flexpen (300 Units / pen) box of 5 pens - approx RM200-RM250
Levemir Flexpen (300 Units / pen) box of 5 pens - approx RM250-300
Novofine / Microfine needles box of 100 - approx RM50 - RM70

Varying pharmacies have different prices, some are open to negotiate if you buy quite a lot (I tend to buy 2-3 months supply at a time)

Fortunately in Malaysia it鈥檚 easy - there are no prescriptions needed for insulin. Can just walk into a pharmacy and buy what鈥檚 you need.

Check the Singapore licensed pharma listing as it will probably be different from Malaysia
