hi ,

my visa expiration next year 2019 april ,
but company closed now . i unabule to contact any one .
how can i cancel visa ? .

i need to cancel my visa .. any information .

i got new company offer , they asking cancel visa next they hire.

You will need to go to immigration and show proof that the company has closed down and that you need to cancel your EP.

But if you have been paying income tax you also need to go to your tax office and do tax clearance before you can be hired by new company.

LHDN tax office may ask for a Leavers borang (usually filled in by the company)聽 You will have to show proof that the company is not trading anymore to them as well.

Officially you need a NOC to join new company - so if you can get a NOC and the Leavers borong it would help you proceed. Try to get the company to help you.

Expect problems.

Lodge a police report. Best if you can get an immigration lawyer to draft the police report for you if issues are abit more complicated.

Bring the police report with you to immigration and they will cancel for you.

This is on assumption no income tax paid. else you will also need to cancel from lhdn.
