We are currently hiring for Hindi speakers for an International Fashion Industry project under Customer Service Executive role.

Duration : 2 months
Start date : 18th June 2018
Who are eligible to apply : Spouse visa / student visa

JOB DESCRIPTION

鈥⒙� 聽 To ensure desired customer delight by providing satisfactory response to customer interaction.
鈥⒙� 聽 Manage Customer Interactions through Inbound & out bound voice contact through his/her team for the various services.
鈥⒙� 聽 Evolve more effective work process for improving customer interactions.
鈥⒙� 聽 Constantly monitor & review performance metrics for achievement of objective.
鈥⒙� 聽 To track & ensure closure of complaints.
鈥⒙� 聽 Identify relevant training needs of agents & ensure effective implementation.
鈥⒙� 聽 Effectively manage shift operations.

Requirements:

鈥� Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any field.
鈥� Required language(s): English & Hindi (fluently spoken and writing)
