How long to get Acknowledgement Letter?

Hi, my company is trying to get special pass for me. But we are lacking Acknowledgement Letter from MDEC. We have sent them email to request it but there is no reply yet.

Anybody else experience this? How long did you guys get your Acknowledgement Letter?
