I have a problem. I come to Malaysia for 5 months in the winter to play golf. I want to rent a fully furnished house in Batu Gajah. I see a number of houses for rent on mutulia. Most of the houses that I would like to have been listed for over 6 months. I contacted the agent last year when I came down to Batu Gajah and did not get a reply. I am willing to put up all the deposits that they require for my stay of 5 months. What am I doing wrong?

To give some background. I lived in Malaysia for 16 years. I am from Canada.
