I am just wondering which is a better location to rent a condo apartment, Gelugor near to Tesco Supermart or Bayan Bahru new township? Would anyone be able to advice?

@Gravitas,聽 Thank you. Just wondering what I should be aware and be careful of when using a property agent in Penang. Honest and reliable agents are not easy to find even in my country.

Suggest you join FB groups Expats in Penang and Partners in Penang to link with agents and if possible pay no Agent fee by using Reapfields
