@Moonlight01 So he might have the permanent residence visa in his passport which has no expiration date. All he has to do is to get a new ACR card every 5 years. If you want him to leave the Philippines you can report this to the immigration next to you. So he might get a notice to leave as the terms for the 13a are no longer met. So he might leave and in case he has property here, he will return as a tourist.
