Thats called a Certificate of Registration.   Yes, a foreignor can register a car in their name. But using it for a business is a different issue.

in fact i would like buy a taxi coz i know a driver who should can drive it for me.......

Have you thought out how much it will cost to operate a taxi?  Cost of car, fuel, servicing, insurance, registration, etc. And then your paying someone to operate it for you.  Will he be paying fixed rent to you and he keeps earnings or your paying a salary, and then he will just charge under the meter.

Plus, you cant just operate a taxi in most places, will have to buy a route or find your tires slashed.  Know the business operations before you do this, especially if your relying on a family member do the logistics.

The registration for a private vehicle yes. If it has been titled right in the first place.  You may find you bought a stolen car here.  Or a fixer has been doing there registration for years. And you owe the extra.  A commercial vehicle NO!  Those are controlled and the police would shut you down ASP! + jail!   Lots of drivers here. Few that can drive!  And a outlaw Taxi I would bet on tire and burn problems.   Any business you open here you can do well for a month. The next month 10 more will be open next door and across the street from you.  Bad idea, Better to open a nice French café. With a ketchup and brown sause side bar here in the care.

hi evry body!!!i would like to  transfert my citizen pension to france from Philippines but i dont know what is the  choice! And the philippino national bank had not know reply me about how much is the percentage that keep the pnb and they have no reply no more about the fixed charges...Can you help me please? Thanks a lot everybody....

The registration yes.  You can buy a car here. As for a taxi. You can not work here at all. So wife would need drive it. The driving test is 200 pages or more for your permit to drive here. Non Comercial!  You run a outlaw cab and expect big trouble here from other drivers as well and the police.  But a car you can buy. And hire a driver to drive you around while you collect the fare money.  Plan on loosing money this way.

Off topic. This thread is about vehicles not pensions. Also you said you want to transfer pension from Philippines to France. Should that be from France to Philippines. Please open this as a new topic.
