This is useful not just for renters, but my research was for 'buyers and builders' of the future.

The complete list covers 'districts and areas' well outside of Cagayan de Oro City; but apart of it.   Keep in mind, living just 1-2 km from city-center is a '30-50%' cost reduction for renters, and as high as a 80% reduction for 'home builders'.

This is why the 'conclusive' and all inclusive findings.  Some would just say "Oh, live in X, Y, Z" areas; but do not account for cost differentials and issues of safety and access, etc.

a 'little due diligence' can put over 20,000 pesos back into your pocket annually, eliminate certain flood and other issues mostly, not to include 'food and entertainment cost reductions' in outlying areas.   For those who 'genuinely like or want to associate with locals'; you'll save a bundle and have the BEST memories and life-long friendships.
