Getting married in Philippines

Hello,I鈥檓 Ciprian,In September I鈥檓 getting married in Philippines,what documents do I need to bring with me? Currently I live in England and my fianc茅e is working in Dubai,being far,how long before wedding we need to apply fore some of the documents?Thank you

You need a legal capacity to Marry, it's a documents where you can acquire it from the Romanian Embassy in Manila. You also need to bring your birth certificate and you also need a proof of no marriage.

Pre marital counseling class, appointment obtained when applying for marriage certificate.
