I've heard of OFW's being sent back when these same certs they had produced for employment overseas were found to be fakes!
Now you mention it I may be holding onto a fake property title!

All I can say is going with fixers or being foolish enough to doubt a property title beggars disbelief and calls for a new thread, perhaps a decent attorney as well.

I'd agree with his perspective...the lesser skin (in my case) you have here, the less disappointed you are going to be!

Ah so you do have a fake title? BTW the views you have posted from another member,,,,,,, these also appear to be yours? You don't have your own?
I started a new thread on fake titles, reflecting fake documents to relieve the teaching requirements and paperwork from another thread that was abused and already it's hijacked with tripe totally unrelated with the first response! For me I'm going to have a JD and reflect on your thinking. Early yet but needed so I don't say what I really think.

Yup something like that...
a) 500m2 mangrove/swamp land purchased (25m from sea front), land was refilled & single storey wooden house errected which has since been upgraded with hollow block & cement all perimeter fenced back 2013.
(With a new outdoor bamboo kubo & a 4m3 rainwater trough)
(Yup Fake everything!)....1st owners of mangrove swamp land (Husband was a govt Geodetic Engineer & Wife a school teacher) both have since passed on. Maybe I'm the profesional squatter now!
b) brand new multicab registered June'2019 (no number plates/no comprehensive insurance cert issued as yet)
c) Amongst the many others.
But hey...Even with these events going on I have a very +ve happy vibe of life here, with partner,kids & 2 dogs. Overseas bank account still has not been broken...nor even dented!
Just a few more years & am willing to walk away with nothing!
Can't "afford" the imported JD which I very much love!... but I can offer you a free flow of tanduay rhum if you do drop by sometime in Surigao city!

Ain't gonna happen sport unless it's JD or WT last. Fake titles? Did you really fall for that?
I do hope the member from the previous thread that spawned this one reads and reads well, not much is guaranteed here, not even a title it seems.

Some people get caught in the murk and the mire while others are stuck in the tar pit. Fake titles are no different to people, some are genuine while many are plastic and easily copied. Many wave their egos around while others help where they can for the benefit of all. A fake title won't cut the mustard no different to people. OMO.

Actually I am a recruiter and work in the Education Field . For every 100 certs that land on my desk or in digital format, only 3% have a recognized traceable Identifier number.

But I need to earn a commision and of course I do let a few slide past

OFW's have a certified Certificate issued by the Broker . Province ladies are trained in bed making and using a vacuum cleaner,聽 they are issued with a certificate in Hotel management and are farmed out to Dubai or other places... These Brokers put High School Graduate Diploma on the resume but in fact most of the Candidates would not pass a junior high school Graduate Aptitude Test.

Most have a work history of "Manager at krusty krab restaurant"

Now the real Certs .. ABS " Able Bodied Seaman" Ships Steward .聽聽He/She needs a Marine Log book to ask permission to board.
