Rules for travelling.

I am wondering if anyone out there can give me some definitive advice about current domestic travel rules here in the Philippines. I need to travel from Cagayan De Oro to Manila for a couple days early next month and I haven't a clue what I need to do. I've heard I need some sort of a code but I have no idea what it is or where to get it. I have also been told that maybe I need a Covid test and a travel pass but I also don't know where to get those things done or in what order.

Assuming you'll be flying.聽 PAL does a good job of keeping up to date on the rules for travel, both domestically and internationally.
