I found a used car dealer in Lapu Lapu called Bigman Trading. He claims on his FB page that he accepts credit cards. I'm unsure if that business is to be trusted tho. The reason I'm asking is because I have 21 months zero interest. That way I can pay it off on my own time schedule without dipping into my savings and without paying 100K more than it's worth. Idk if Bigman Trading imports them or just sells used ones.
