Well if you are currently in Marseilles, then probably everything is better in Singapore than being in France under Francoise Hollande. Firstly all the stores stay open under 10pm and then you can go out to eat and drink to the wee hours. The food is great, the climate hot, and the people friendly.

Pretty easy to adapt to, I'd say. It's pretty cosmopolitan so you can probably find whatever you're craving to make yourself feel at home, and things are designed for convenience.
